Know what goes into your quote before you book. Your cleaning price depends on the driving distance from Solinea Tower 4, your booked time, and your equipment choice.
How much does a cleaning visit cost?
Cleaning starts at ₱375 for a 1-hour visit within 0–3 km driving distance from Solinea Tower 4. This standard option includes my cleaning service, cleaning products, and transportation when you provide a vacuum and mop.
Other addresses have different rates and minimum booking times. Enter your building or street in the cleaning rate checker and confirm the pin at your building’s vehicle entrance. You’ll see the price that applies to your location.
The starting price is location-specific. It is not the price for every Cebu City address or a promise to finish an entire home in one hour. Choose enough time for your rooms, their condition, and your cleaning priorities.
What determines your quote?
- Driving distance: the route follows roads from Solinea Tower 4, rather than measuring a straight line.
- Booked time: minimum bookings range from 1 to 4 hours depending on location. The checker shows your applicable minimum. Each additional hour after 4 hours costs ₱175.
- Equipment: transportation is included when you provide the vacuum and mop. If I bring them, actual transport is added separately.
- Extras: optional kitchen grease trap cleaning costs ₱275. An assistant, if needed, is discussed before confirmation.
Addresses more than 11 km away by road need a personal quote, subject to availability. I verify your final route, price, and schedule with you before confirming a visit.
Choose your equipment option
You provide the vacuum and mop
Your standard rate includes cleaning products and transportation. Have the vacuum and mop available for your visit. The equipment booking fee does not apply to this option.
I bring the vacuum and mop
No equipment is needed from you. After I confirm availability, pay the ₱200 non-refundable booking fee via GCash. This is an advance credited toward your final bill, not an additional ₱200 charge.
The remaining balance after cleaning is the cleaning price plus any extras and actual transportation, minus the ₱200 already paid. I provide a Grab receipt for transportation.

How to get your final price
- Enter your address and confirm the map pin.
- Choose your cleaning duration, equipment, and any extras.
- Review your request and send it on WhatsApp.
- Wait for me to confirm the price, availability, and details. Pay the equipment booking fee only after availability is confirmed.
