Choose the rooms and tasks that matter most to you. I work through your priorities within the time you book, whether you need help with everyday surfaces, floors, or tidying your living space. The time needed depends on the condition of your home and the work you want completed.

I’m based at Solinea Tower 4 in Cebu City. Your cleaning rate depends on the driving route to your building and your chosen duration. Use the address and cleaning rate checker to see the applicable price and minimum booking time.

What can I clean?

• Living and dining spaces: dusting, wiping shelves and surfaces, and organizing your everyday spaces.
• Kitchen: cleaning countertops, the stove, and the sink. Kitchen grease trap cleaning is an optional ₱275 extra.
• Bathroom: attention to the toilet, shower, and mirrors.
• Bedrooms and floors: bed making, dusting, and sweeping or mopping floors.

Tell me about heavy buildup or any task outside this checklist before booking, so I can confirm what is possible and help you choose enough time. A booking covers the agreed cleaning time; the checklist helps us decide what to prioritize.

Products, vacuum, and mop

Cleaning products are included. You can provide a vacuum and mop, in which case transportation is included in your standard cleaning rate.

If you need me to bring a vacuum and mop, choose that option when requesting your visit. A ₱200 non-refundable booking fee is paid after I confirm availability and is deducted from your final bill. Actual transportation is added after cleaning, with a Grab receipt.

Before your condo cleaning visit

1. Share your building and preferred schedule. Add your floor, unit, and access instructions privately in the booking form or chat.
2. Check your building’s visitor requirements. Let me know if reception needs advance notice or if there are restrictions on service visits.
3. Choose your priorities and equipment. Mention the rooms that need the most attention and whether a vacuum and mop are available.
4. Agree on the final details. Your request becomes a confirmed appointment after we agree on the date, price, and cleaning details. If I bring equipment, I also verify the booking fee.

When can I request a visit?

My listed service hours are every day, 8am–11pm, Philippine time. Share your preferred date and start time, and I’ll confirm availability. Submitting the form does not reserve a slot.

If a larger job needs an assistant, we can discuss the arrangement before confirming. For an address more than 11 km away by road, request a personal quote.
